Bought Lenovo Ideapad S400 Laptop (59-340453) from 100bestbuy.com on 16/12/2013, oreder ref no- 28187204 and make payment with credit card.
Till date i write to them 5 mails and used to call customer care atleast 25 times in these 33 days. Have not received any reply. All the time customer care executives make excuses ur laptop dispatched by monday then wednesday then again next monday and next wednesday. in the meanwhile i am paying interest to credit card.
