Dear Sir/Madam, Thanks for the forum for customer redressal, We had purchased a product from Bata store in the city which showed up defected and when we went for exchange we were forced to use the same after repair. Being a model defect we thought of exchange or money back since its now hard to trust the quality of a product which tears apart within 3 days of minimal use. Kindly take up the issue for money back as we don't trust the brand anymore.
