Dear Sir/Madam
I had purchased a KENT GRAND (water purifier) from Kent Ro Systems Ltd . on !8/5/2013 with an amount of Rs 16550 . on 16/11/2013 there was some problem in the system and the service person had come and said "as it is covered under warranty and he will come and change it afterwords ". Again on 21/12/2013 the service person had come , after making regular complain and again assured us the same . but now when we called him again he says we have to pay Rs 400 for getting it changed . its not the matter of Rs 400 but if this thing is ignored , this kind of thing will be continued by them . The terms of warranty given by them in there booklet is as follows .. IF THE FILTER CHOKES WITHIN SIX MONTHS AND A MEMBRANE WITHIN A YEAR , IT WILL BE CLEANED/REPAIRED/REPLACED FREE OF COST ... My product Serial No. is KR121025923. PLEASE HELP
