I had ordered Carlton London (size 39) boots on 14 dec 2013 which was delivered to me on 21 dec, 2013. The very same day I ordered for a return pickup as the size didn't fit me.
On this order, they told me that the courier boy went on 30 dec, 2013 but we were not available on the return pickup order. SO, they cancelled my pickup order. Again I entered a pick up order on 2 jan. 2013 and I waited for the pickup. Sice today i have made 4 times call to yebhi asking for the pickup but they have been delaying. On 18 jan, 2013 I again called to know the status and they asked me to wait till monday. Today, when I again called they said the courier boy visited on 15 jan and again nobody was available , so they cancelled the order again.
Firstly, When I called on 18 jan, they never gave me the same information of cacellation of pickup.
Secondly, I believe they were intentionally delaying this so that once one month gets over after purchase, they could clearly refuse,
This is clear cheating. They are tempering the information on their portals. The address which I gave for reverse pickup was our working place, which is open on all working days between 10 am to 8:30 pm
I want my money back, Please help
