Complaint Details
We had booked a sherwani for my brother from Diwan Shaheb on 16-12-13 under order no 3909. The sales person told us that he is only writing the date of trial as 25th jan but would give it to us on 20th jan and we should remind him about the same by 10-12th jan. I have been continuously calling them for past one week and i am getting no concrete response from them. Now today they tell me they can only do it on the 25th jan as it is yet to be embroidered and stitched. It is already 20th Jan so I asked them to give me the trial by 23rd jan as after that we would be busy with the wedding preparation and wont be able to come for the trial (my brother has to come from jodhpur for the trial). But they are not willing to accomodate us. Also, they claim that stating anything in oral conversation is no guarantee of delivering. We are highly disappointed in their sales service. They promise us something and dont deliver on time. Companies like Diwan shaheb charge us extra for the sales service and if that too is disgusting than there is no point in them being reputed.
