when I tried to contact the customer care, they seems to don't bother about my calls, each time I got a reply that, all lines are busy and all CR executives are taking other calls. I am trying them since last one month and till could not able to talk with the company. However for once they responded to my e-mail, seeking the photographs and some queries like why I received the packet, when that was torn. To which I have already answered that the courier packet was intact but the product packet inside was torn and product was also different than my order with supporting photographs. But unfortunately the company has not replied on this to me since over a month. I request to kindly arrange to resolve my problem, in case it is possible.
