Respected Sir / Madam,
I have used this telephone more than 18years.I have paid the bill through online but without any information, my Landline phone was deactivated by local line side engineers. If we asked to exchange people to rectify the issue, there is no proper response from them. Please activate my phone accordingly. I have attached the bill payment receipt and screenshot for payment done in online.
