Complaint Details
I have booked a LG Nexus 5 on 16-Dec-13 (Order No. 6371)on Shop Your World (Online Retailer). I have paid in advance using my credit card. They promised to send the product within 15-20 Working Days. But even after One Month they failed to send the consignment. I have lodged a complain in CCRC on Jan 8,2014 (Ref. COMPLAINT NO: 0014334/2014) in vain. On Jan 10, 2014 I have cancelled the order and demanded the refund. Till date I did not receive any money from them. I have bear the interest for my credit card due to their negligence to address the issue.I need the money back and I am hereby requesting that the Retailer must pay the interest amount also.
