Worst service by Komitla. I dont understand why yatragenie.com people rush to provide services to crappy bus service like "KOMITLA". I booked ticket from Bangalore to Nellore with boarding point Anadarao circle.
Bus has no permit and it had not entered the city on trip date. When I reached the boarding point 1 hour prior to the departure, I was told, bus had left and I need to take an auto or bus on my own to reach Silk Board where the bus was currently halting. The way the office person spoke was too bad. When asked for proper reason, he was so audacious and asked me to take BMTC bus in a mocking way. Is this the way how they treat a customer?
Adding to the above, as soon as bus entered the highway, the way driver drove the bus was frightening. The turns and over speed put us without sleep throughout the night. he was taking 'S' cuts on fly over bridge which is dangerous.
Bus took some detour via a remote village to reach the destintion since it has no permit to ride on highway. Bus was full of passengers that include kids. At that point of time the driver had no idea where he was heading to and he missed the route. Beacuse of those one way village roads, he had to drive 2 kms in reverse which disturbed the kids and elders as well.
I need updated information about the action you are going to take against this if you really value customers. I am sure that everybody is aware of private travels accidents between Nellore and Bangalore.
As a suggestion, cleanliness in APSRTC buses and more number of KSRTC buses would stop people from approaching private travels.
