This is Vikas here from Chennai.

I am writing this mail to you as my last hope and below is my story:

I have placed order for two ladies sandals online on Dec 22, 2013, from shopping.indiatimes.com:
Bizarre Black Women Ballerinas - BBB (1)-Rs 284 (After Discount)
Bizarre Red Women Ballerinas - RV (1)-RS 284 (After Discount)

I have made an online payment of Rs 568 using my SBI Netbanking with bank's reference number "CCAAL1QHN717IGP0906161 TRANSFER TO 30993845637 AVENUES INDIA PRIVATE(Rs 568).

Due to some unfortunate reason merchant was unable to deliver both my product and cancelled the order and processed the refund and as per their record it was refunded on 31-Dec-2013.

But actually I have received refund only of Rs 284.Below is summary of my refund:

Reference No: CCAAL1QHN7171IX39133820 TRANSFER FROM 30993845637 AVENUES INDIA PRIVATE
Amount Refunded: Rs 284

When I have contacted with Indiatimes Shopping and requested for my remaining refund amount,they informed that they have processed and refunded full amount of Rs 568 to CCavenue to process further refund it into your account.So I need to contact with CCavenue.

Then I have contacted with CCAvenue team and got a reply that they have received only one payment of Rs 284 from Indiatimes Shopping and refunded that amount to my bank account which is true as per my bank record.

Now when ever I am asking to Indiatimes Shopping customer care first of all they are talking badly and simply saying they have refunded full amount and they does,'t have right to share refund reference number which I can share with CCAvenue to ask status of remaining amount refund status,if any issue with CCAvenue.


Now I am helpless. CCAvenue team can't help without any proof which say Indiatime Shopping has given refund instruction to CCAvenue for my remaining refund.

Unable to track where is my remaining money.


I hope here I will get some solution.
