Complaint Details
Mohammed Yunus of Simray Solutions Pvt Ltd approached our company with an offer of refurbished phones. We paid him $4750 on 4 September 2013 and received nothing. He has pretended he has sent them, pretended they were stuck in customs, pretended they were going to be shipped from the US and finally pretended he was going to give us a refund. Almost 5 months later we have received nothing from him.
