Complaint Details
I bought a xolo Q700 phone and there an issue occurred with the phone withi 1 month. Since the phone had warrenty i submitted the handset for repair,the complaint number is 310000140864.For 3 months the phone has been with the company and they are still saying that they will replace the phone and give a new one ,nothing more.Everytime i call they ask me to wait. I dont know what to do now,i really feel its a fraud service,when i checked internet many others were also complaining the same. Please help!!
