Hello,

I gave my Spice Mi-495 for repair at Optimum Teleservices Pvt Ltd. Vikas Marg, Shakarpur branch on 30th Nov 2013 but I they have not yet repaired the phone.

I have tried to contact them via their customer care telephone number,facebook page etc. but they have not replied.
