Complaint Details
We had paid Rs. 3 lakhs as booking amount to Mr. Mohan Chalke of Sandguru Enterprises for a proposed real estate project in Mulund East. Since he didnt have any firm plans, we decided to withdraw the amount. After several follow up, he gave us 2 cheques of Rs.1.5 lakhs each. After several followups, we asked us to deposit the cheque on 21st January 2014. The cheque bounced due to insufficient funds. We tried calling him on his mobile number but is did not respond. We have now realised that he is a fraud and may have duped many people. There are many others who have invested in the project and are now asking for refund which he is not in a position to repay.
