I had booked a watch online with Ealpha but they have sent a wrong model instead of the ordered or Invoiced I want my original order of refund the same.

What you have said is totally wrong it is not the colour go through the model features in detail we are customers you cannot fool us I have gone to the casio service centre to know the difference and my ordered model No.EF-558SG-1AV its gold strap with gold colour ring dail which i liked most and placed the order after going thru the details and seeing the picture of the model and the invoice generated is for EF-558SG-1AV. And what you have sent is Model No.EF-539D-1AV please make a note you don't have to say that the model is same and only the colour is different check the invoice model in any site to know the difference and see that you take back my order and refund the amount of send the ordered model only. I am not going to accept anything other than the ordered model don't give lame excuses.
