Complaint Details
Dear Sir,

I made a booking with Make my Trip for a Hotel in Goa for 3 Days Is 23/01/ - 26/01/2014.

I couldnt make it to Check in the on 23/01/2014, on the same day i sent an email and had a word with customer care executive in their toll free number for getting my booking Cancelled.

They informed me that they will cancell the booking but my entire amount ie Rs 4920 is not refundable.

I informed them clearly that I am ready to pay for 1 day as i informed you on the very day of Check in. However I should be refunded for Balance 2 days ie for 24th and 25th January.

Makemy Trip is saying that they are not ready to refund anything.

I think Make my trip along with the Hotel will share the amount between them and fool the consumer like us.

Have attached a copy of mail correspondence and booking for your reference.

Request you to help me out and get my claim.
