On 1st Jan'14 I purchased Vodafone's Data Card (9953680902) with Vodafone's Dongle (K4201 I) on a suggestion of one of the customer care executive with a plan of Rs 650/(Total amount paid - 1950).
However on 3rd Jan'14 when the services on that number got activated then I notice a very very slow speed of internet (8-10 kbps, committed speed 1-21mbps) and raised a complaint against the same, for which I'm still waiting for the solution.
The other problem was when I tried the dongle to connect with my laptop and it didn't work, that means even that is faulty which is not yet been changed.
Due to this I have suffered significant losses in my work.
