Dear Sir,
My mob no. is 8287446604,This is a reliance GSM no. They have deducted The following amount as VAS charges where as my mob no. is DND activated and I haven't activated this services anyway.
I tried to call them on 198 but as always it's not working . So pls refund my above amount ASAP IE Rs. 22.

Rs.1 On 17/01/2014 for VAS Video Store
Rs. 5 On 20/01/2014 for VAS Shemaroo VP
Rs. 1 on 24/01/2014 for VAS CRBT Prepaid at 6.15 AM
Rs. 15 on 24/01/2014 for VAS My CRBT Dumy at 6.15AM
