Complaint Details
Due to my health condition i.e. spinal i have been advised to purchase Spinkare mattress from kurlon on 14-02-2013. Assurance from the Manager, Comfort point, chennai I purchased a pair of mattress. After two months i found that one is soft and another is very hard. soft mattress has to be changed. A complaint has lodged on 26.08.2013 Complaint no.TN.511432. A person whose named as Satish attended the complaince and taken back the Guarantee card and assured to replace the mattress within 10 days from 29-09-2013. I have contacted several times over phone to him as well as to his Zonal manager Mr. Tulsiram about the complaint. Iam already suffereing from spinal cord problem and i specifically explained my health problem also to the manager of Kurlon company but so far no response. In the gaurantee card within one year any problem this will be replaced. here, there is a defiecency of service is clear.
