Complaint Details
I bought a replacement for my Tata Swatch purifier on 3rd Jan 2014 found that the water filtered is yellowish so complained on the toll free no given on the box, it was replaced on 7th but the replacement was also faulty and the filtered water was black after lots of call to the same no I got another replacement on 17th which also is defective & as per the customer care I went on filtering water for more than four days but it was still blackish and now it is hardly filtering any water as in a span of 48 hours it must have hardly filtered 3 liters of water drop by drop. I had followed all the instructions of the customer care and waited for so long but the product ( the bulb ) itself is defective and drinking water from such is hazardous and harmful to health. Its now more than 20 days since I bought my first bulb and unable to use my filter after spending Rs. 550 /- also spent lot of time again and again on complaining about it. NO SATISFACTORY ACTION HAS YET BEEN TAKEN!
