Dear Sir / Madam,
My mobile no. 9833382525 is registered with 100 Bestbuy website.
After a long fight with 100BestBuy customer care, one of their representative credited my Rs. 1643 Credit Points in my account which I can't see from very long. Than I requested them that I am not interested to buy any product from their website so please send my money either through dd or cheque or credited the same in my credit card. But they refused to do so, as it is against their policy. So I understand, it can be. Though I buy a Rangmanch Multicolor Kainaz (Rgm-03) worth Rs. 389 & Swank Women Brown Leggings (SKC-81) worth Rs. 410 & 86 for shipping charges. All these comes to Rs. 885. I requested the representative to deduct the same from my credit points and send the products. They debited the amount from my credit points (worth Rs. 885) from my total credit points 1643. Now, in my credit points I can see 758. But I did not get my product. I called several times to their customer care no and every time they replied me that they will inform me through mail about the dispatch details, but I haven't received. After a long fight 15 days before I recieved a Reference No. 28549980 which was given by Mr. Pankay (representative of 100BestBuy).
Now, today i.e on 25/01/2014, when again I call to their customer care department, their person repeat the same thing my product is not yet booked and they will inform me the same through mail after 1 week.
Finally, today I took a decision to lodge a complaint against 100BestBuy. Neither they replied on mail nor they send a preoduct. I don't want any product from them. And I wish my money back along with my all STD phone charges. Rs. 1643 as my last credit points and Rs. 1000 STD phone calls charges.
Please do the needful.
