Complaint Details
The defective phone I have bought on 23/07/2013 and found that the phone has severe problem of auto switch off and one need to take out battery to restart the phone. The same was sent to service centre as suggested by the company but of no remedy they gave us the phone without correction I approached second and third time but didnot work out evenm they are are not responding to my calls.So I am forced to take the case with you.
n this four and half month I have hardly used my phone and I feel cheated on this phone whci I have bought at Rs 14700/-
