1. i was financial consultant of HDFC LIFE INSURANCE CO LIMITED, MUMBAI. EMAIL ID OF MD IS md@hdfclife.commr. amitabh chaudhary

2. my code no is 00041214

3. company has terminate my agency agreement on the basis of false complaint of MY LOCAL BRANCH MANAGER AS WELL AS SOME STAFF.

4. Due to my termination my sourced client policy has been lapsed and almost 30 lakh rupees has been totally lost and risk also.

5. i am requesting to company to free and fair investigation of my local branch staff complaint and then review my termination issue.

6. i am regularly approaching to company to provide me of my complaint letter but company has been not providing the same.

7.i also request you to company and you also to activate my CONSULTANT CORNER( A ONLINE SET OF MY SOURCED CLIENT FULL DETAILED like policy no date due date ectra)
if company will activate my CONSULTANT CORNER , i will provide my best service like renewal premium. fund value, fund switching all policy servicing.
