Complaint Details
I am a pure vegetarian and went to Bhagini restaurant Bellandur in Bangalore to get my dinner packed. I ordered for Veg Kolhapuri and few other vegetarian items as displayed in the bill attached.
When I opened the boxes, I was terrified to see a piece of chicken dipped in gravy, please see the attached pic. I called Bhagini to report this issue and the person who answered my call kept me on hold. I called again to speak to their manager but the response that I had was not very pleasing.

I want them to be careful enough when packing orders and not surprise their customers by unpleasant things. I also need a refund of the entire amount and also they should compensate for the stress caused.
