I have a Aircel mobile number 9853606769 in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. I have used this telecome service for longtime about 4 years. But i have faced many problems in case of amount deduction and now having a lot of offers provided by Aircel which are not fulfilled by the company and deduct balance without any reasons and notifications. When I am trying to contact customer care the executives are mentioning no proper information about any problems. So I had tried a lot of time to portble my number but they don't allow me to do so and insted of that they are offering false offers which are not fulfilled them. So I am helpless now and amount is deducting day by day without any cause for which I want some help from your department please do the appropriate steps immediately for which I shall be faithful to you.
