I have ordered flower delivery to Banglore on 27-Jan-13 through this website & made the payment of Rs 369.Before making the order,I called up their customer care,shared the complete address & asked which option I should choose out of 4 delivery areas mentioned.He guided me to select'within city' & assured of same day delivery as claimed on the site too. Accordingly I made the payment,got payment confirmation & order no. to track delivery also by an mail.Later in the evening when I was expecting the delivery ,I got a call from another executive demanding extra 150 Rs to make the delivery.On telling him the entire story he said you can cancel the order but we will not refund the money neither we will deliver.I then wrote to the customer care mail id given on the wesite & received a reply that they will check & get back.However when no one called back, I again spoke on the no. (9163271629 at 16:48 & 19.06 hrs)& was told that my oder is under processing & will be delivered the same day.Later on checking the website also it kept showing under processing till late evening & night hence i tried getting an update on which the executive again assured that the delivery will be little late but will be made the same day.However till the second day (28-Jan-14) the delivery was not made & none of my calls were responded.Then I called up on another no ( 9831319069,10:06 am) & was told that it has been delivered but not updated on website.On telling that it was not delivered, the executive told me that he will get back in half an hour.Obviously I did not get any call or response to the 2 mails I had written by then or several calls.On calling up again I was very casually told that it will be delivered today evening. On asking the person that you had taken the money on pretext of same day delivery & had assured of the same yesterday, he gave me another no ( 9163271628) which naturally no one ever picked up. Also every other no was also disconnected every time i called up.It has been very harrassing as they had taken the payment, assured of same day delivery, did not deliver the product atall & made me just call up here & there several times without any solution. It has been extremely disturbing as I had to leave all my important work, office & follow up with these insensitive ppl & meanwhile the occassion was also gone.They have not refunded the money also & then made a call saying your order has been cancelled. While for two days they kept showing it as under processing. I have already missed wishing my friend on the occassion, have lost money & wasted tremendous energy,patience & time in trying to reach them, narrating the story again & again and missing out on all other important work. I am attaching the mail conversation copies & can produce the call details if needed. I have been really harrassed with their unprofessional & fraudulent ways.
