Respected Sir,
I had purchased 1 handset of Karbonn Mobiles named " Karbonn Titanium S5 " on 20/05/2013. After use of six months, some hardware problems had occurred in my handset. So I gave my handset to customer care of Karbonn Mobiles on 24th December.
It's 28th January today & I still haven't received my handset.
Authorized person at Service Center are not giving me right details about my replacement.
Customer care number of Karbonn Mobiles " 18001024660 " is also not working. No-one receives the call.
I want refund. Please help me. It's urgent for me.
I am giving you total details about the procedure I had made.
I will be very happy If I will be given help from your side.
