Complaint Details
I lost my mobile phone and applied for a replacement SIM card on 25-11-2013. Its 31-1-2014 today. Still the replacement SIM is inactive. I visited the showroom and they asked to go to the same showroom where i bought the SIM and when i contacted the same showroom, they are checking the details from 2 months. I am not suer on what to do at this movement.
