Complaint Details
i have purchased spin kare mattress(kurlon)in comfort point, chennai at a cost of Rs.32,962.01 on 14.02.2013. This is guaranteed for one year. at the time of purchase, i clearly mentioned that the product to handover to me at kalpakkam. The dealer is agreed the same. If anything, the product will taken back by the company. After 6 months i found that the mattress is so soft not as per the speciafication mentioned. Immediately i made compalint to the kurlon comapny and registered it as Sl.No.4433 dated 26.09.2013. Afterwards i contacted several times the zonal manager of kurlon comapny at chennai. he assured and not replaced.defeicency of service clearly proved.
