my land phone (04962603071) not working since 20 th october 2012 due to lighting . I had complained it to the concern authority many times through telephone and orally ,written , At last the complaint come to the Telephone Adalath on28 12 2012 and from there decided to rectify it permanently within 15 th january 2013 But the Sub Divisinal Engineer and J T O who is incharge of Melaly exchange not rectify it in a proper way, temporarily they had replace it, mean time i asked them why you are doing against the adalath decision . they ignore my right to get a permanant solution and again it was fault within months From may 2013 onwards i am complained but they are not even listen my words So kindly take action against them ,whom not implement the adalath decision properly and arrange me the proper telephone connection. thanking you
