Complaint Details
I have requested Adani Gas to terminate or cancel my Adani Gas connection on permanent basis on 10th May 2013, they have disconnected it on 13th May 2013. and I was told that I will receive my Refund deposit within 3 months time.

My Refundable Deposit is Rs. 5000/- from which Adani Gas Ltd has deducted certain amount without giving any bifurcation of diduction and made a cheque on 12th Aug 2013. Cheque was valid for 3 months.

They have made letter to dispatch the cheque to me on 9th Nov 2013 and i have received the cheque in 10th December 2013.

The Service engineer has not completely removed the fittings and damaged my kitchen tiles, The clamps are still hanging as it is.

I have requested in writing on 20th Jan 2014 and asked for clarification and refund but till date i have not received any response. Adani Gas Ltd customer service department is horrible and they don't understand customer problem. Customer only getting harassment from Adani Gas Ltd
