Dear Sir / Madam,
I am receiving statement from Vodafone for payment of outstanding, but not being provided details despite several reminders. I am based abroad in Muscat, and have offered to pay the outstanding on receipt of these details, but they keep sending me the same email without the details i am asking for. This is harassment and would appreciate any help from your end. I have attached my correspondence with them for your perusal.
