I have passed B.com in 2011 from this educational Institute affilated by Vinayaka mission university (salem Tamilnadu). But The Director of this Institute is not giving my marksheets of 2nd year, final year and degree also. he is answering periphrastic when we ask for our marksheets from last three years.
