Respected Sir / Madam,
This is to inform you that on the 16th of Jan, 2014 my Aunty Mrs. Alia Shahida Roshan visited the showroom on the Inaugural Day with her sister to purchase certain jewellery. The staff and people at the the counter to start with were quite non responsive and did not present themselves appropriately. Since they liked a specific piece of jewellery they bought this and made the bill in my Aunty's name and left. The rates etc. were assured to be the best by the staff of the store and upon confirmation this purchase was made.
It is quite shocking to know that the piece of jewellery of the same weight is Rs.5,000/- less in another shop adjacent to the newly opened showroom. They happened to check on it once they had already made this purchase and hence did not return it.
I write to the Owner and other Personnel at Khazana Jewellery for two things. One is that the staff giving inaccurate, inappropriate information and the showroom charging 5,000/- more than what the competitors are charging. This is appalling. Moreover it was also to inform them that the post purchase customer satisfaction slip / form that is to be filled up by customers is actually filled up by 'Khazana Jewellery' staff. I fail to understand why would they hand over a form to their staff for a view or comment that is required from the customer? This defeats the entire purpose of administering this.
Today I am one customer who is totally unhappy and write to you and I upon communicating this to 100 more customer they will also know the non competitive price and lack of customer service that the chain possesses.
I wrote to them and don;t have any response / reply / solution to my complaint.
I would appreciate you to look into this and address this in the most appropriate manner since this incident has left us totally un impressed and dissatisfied on quality and service which the jewellery chain promotes.I have also informed about his incident to all the VIPs' in Anantapur and also spoke to their MD, Mr. Jain who has not shown any response to this complaint.
