Complaint Details
I am continuously reminding RCF Ltd to refund security deposit of Rs: 50,000/- against IPD Dealership (Dealership agreement No. AD/33). I have served as an RCF IPD dealer under name ‘M/s Kishan Service Station’ for few years and due to unavoidable circumstances & financial problems I could not continue the dealership. My letters dated 01/12/2013, 22/09/2013 & 27/10/2010 addressed to General Manager for refund of security deposit. I have enclosed all detailed dealership documents and security deposit payment order (proofs) copies. I therefore request the council to consider my complaint and instruct the concerned authority to refund my security deposit amount with interest as applicable for delaying the refund for long haul. Therefore, I once again most humbly request your good self and good Offices to kindly examine and look into the matter as soon as possible, and do the needful, for which, I shall be highly happy and thankful to you.
