Complaint Details
Many of the local shops sell chilled bottles of the coca cola for way beyond their MRP. When d govt is informing d consumersfor not payng more dan d MRP still without any fear tis shop keepers charge d prices. A bottle of small coke MRP specified is 8rs bt still v hav to pay 12rs in d name of refrigerator charges. Tis is sheer outrageous. Wht is d consumer supposed to do. D govt jus says dont pay bt why doesnt d consumer forum take strict nd penalising action against d culprits. Wuld request d authorities to kindly luk into d matter. Thnx
