Sir, this company took my HP 1020 Printer for repair on dt 24/12/2013. Also they took 3000 as adv against bill given to me of Rs 4610. But despite of many reminders through email and sms and phone calls they did not return my printer and my money till today. Kindly help I am suffering so much; now they are not even picking my phone calls. They gave me lot of nos but many are switched off some says we left the job. I have also the record of email conversation with them, Bill and customer call report. Thanks and Regards
