Complaint Details
I have purchased pureit product of Hul on 02 jan2014.on the product it was dispayed that i can win Either free talk time or Hong kong trip however validity of the offer was not mentioned.when i sent a sms with the cide to claim my gift i was informed that offer expired in Dec 2013.I have written mails to HUL,pureit customer care also to the CEO.I received a response after pursuing the matter however no valid justification given for missing out on such important information whic is important for the consumer.
I feel cheated that product was sold to me despite knowing i will not get the assured gift as claimed my HUL
