Sir/Madam,
I have become victim of poor delivery service of HP Gas Agency. 10 days back I booked a cylinder. 2 days after booking the cylinder, it is updated as delivered on their online system. However, as on date i haven't received the cylinder. after, that i am running from pillar to post but all in vain. They have started doing mental torture of me. There is no easy way i can communicate with the. I lodged a complaint on the online complaint system but this is just wastage of time. They close the complaints on their own without taking any action. The number the dealer has provided is always busy and it seems he puts the receiver on hold. I have made more than 100 calls since last week but day and night the phone comes busy. I have attached the complaint details herewith. Please help me out sir.

For the last 1 week, we are without gas facility and it has become very difficult to manage without LPG. Three days we had to take both dinner and lunch outside which is costlier deal for middle class family like us.
Subsidy is for the customer and not the dealer. By showing the cylinder delivered, there seems some conspiracy to deprive the customer of the subsidy.

Immediate action should be taken against the dealer. My booked cylinder should be delivered asap.
I think he is handling thousands of customers which are beyond his capacity.
The communication should be easy for a customer. Customer should have contact details of management in case his complaint is not addressed properly.
Gas delivery should be time bound and if dealer fails to deliver within that time should be penalized.
