Complaint Details
We have done 4 bookings in Paramount emotions in year 2010 and have got 25% of our brokerage on 2011. Then due to Noida Extn problem, everything is stuck. Now everything is cleared and customers have made complete payments. But builder is not releasing balance 75% payment. The bookings were done at the commission of Rs 40/- per sq ft and 50% of view PLC. Now they are saying that they will give only 20/- per sq ft, which is cheating. we are not asking for any undue amount. they are trying to cheat everyone by just settling the amount which was released in 2011.
Request to release my balance amount of Rs 1.85 lacs at the earliest.
