I HAD PURCHASED KARBONN MOBILE A15 MODEL FOR RS. 5450/- FROM HOTSPOT, AHMEDABAD VIDE BILL NO. 4994 DATED 18.02.2013 HAVING RMRI NUMBER 911244651066278, 911244651066286 AND COT NUMBER 8903888001218 WITH 1 YEAR WARRANTY.
On 24.12.13, I contacted Authorised Service Center M/s Bawal Communication, Ahmedabad regarding faulty touch panel within warranty period. Service center had kept my mobile with them for repair / replace vide Job sheet no. KJASPGT0401213K4150 dated 24.12.2013.
Even though 43 days have already been passed, my Karbonn A15 mobile is not repaired / replaced. I have contacted the company almost every day on number 18001024660, sent so many E-Mails on info@karbonnmobiles.com & support@karbonnmobiles.com, sent query on contact form of the website of the company and contacted Ahmedabad service center so many times on 9909059143 but my mobile is not repaired / replaced till date.
Even today after 43 days, customer care center and Ahmedabad service center is not in position to give correct replay about my mobile phone.
The company has kept my mobile for more than 43 days and still giving reply that I have to wait further. In such a way, the company has kept myself away from the mobile phone for the above period and I have to use an ordinary instrument during the period.
I have sent lot of E-Mail to the company on E-Mail ID info@karbonnmobiles.com & support@karbonnmobiles.com, contacted the company almost every day on number 18001024660 and contacted Ahmedabad service center so many times on 9909059143 thereby I have wasted so many time, suffered monetary loss and gone through mental harassment.
The company has kept my mobile phone for more than 1 1/2 month within warranty period. Thus, the company has kept away myself to avail full period of warranty.
