vide invoice no V15605936 by using secure packaging i sent back LED screen of laptop back to laptopsore india on 15 jan 2014. on received by laptopstore india they telephonically told me on same day that screen was broken and send mail to me on same date i.e. 18 jan 2014. after that i contact the dtdc ghansoli for damage screen reporting. they told me to email the photograph of damaged screen to dtdc ghansoli. i send email to them on 21,22 and finally on 23 jan 2014. 23 jan email they got and then tells me that dtdc will contact you. no one contacted till date. now and then i am running to their shop but finding only reply that we sorting the issue . tell laptop store india store to contact dtdc channai office. but question is i paid 4000 rs for online purchase of laptop screen. i reported this to dtdc ghansoli. they saw the photographs. i already told to them during sending item by corrier that item is LED Screen of acer aspire 5738 15.6" and cost is 4000 INR. They not provided me rembursemnt of item which has broken by them during transit due to improper handling or mishandling.
