Dear

i am attaching files for details of my membership with Dalmia Resort

well i want to ask them for the proper procedure for booking of rooms
and latest list of your properties and room types
i want to know my membership number with complete details in my membership scheme

but none of them are contacting even after so many attempts in so many years

they seem to either ignore me and trying if i lose my hope with them
or trying to make fraud as they have recd the money
now they don't want to refund the same for the last so many years

please file a complaint against them and make them
either give full proper details with assurance of bookings as per contract scheme of membership
or make full payment refund with interest from the receipt of the deposit to till today

i have your hope only, so do help me in this case
