Complaint Details
The complainant purchased a KROSS make 24" bicycle for his son on 21/07/13. The product has defects from the day one itself. Due to its Harsh & hard ride, frequently loosening of handle bars, rusting,I have visited the dealer for a number of times. Its back mudguard,is supported with a clip. The clip caught rust and broke down, accordingly, the mudguard left its place and the bicycle became non-operational. The dealer states that the company doesnot supply the spares, hence he is helpless. I spoke to the Company as well, who stated that its against their practice to supply extra spares. My Child who is a growing one, has been deprived off a vital exercise, causing a loss to his health and Physic. Kindly take up the matter with the company.
