Complaint Details
My money has been taken by this company for almost 1 year and they keep shifting blame, without giving service and are asking me to forget about my money. Gist of events-

Jan 13 - I paid Rs 9775 to Voicegain for getting EPBX services for my office phone, but my account was never activated

Feb 13 - Voicegain informed me they have merged with Ozonetel

Feb 13 - Ozonetel informed me same

Mar 13 - Ozonetel advises to sign their consent form or get refund

Apr 13 –I request a refund. Ozonetel says refund deadline was 31st March so I will not get it, and validity of account is now 8 months instead of 6 months

Apr to June 13 –Ozonetel says I need a Tata Docomo account of Rs 450/month plan to use my Ozonetel account. For 3 months I try getting this but Docomo says no Rs 450 plan exists

June 13 – Ozonetel now tells me to get a Rs 850/month plan with Docomo. That is beyond my budget and not as promised. I ask for refund again. Things go quiet.

Jan 14 – I login to my Ozonetel account for the first time and try activating it. I find that they have been quietly charging me since Apr 13. They say I owe them Rs 14,000 in dues. They never sent me any invoice or bothered to help me start my account EVER

Jan 14 - I try for peaceful resolution and enquire about my Rs 9775 already paid, the 8 months of validity I had, and how come my account was activated without ever signing any form. They do not have any answers. They tell me they will do a favor by removing dues from my account, but I need to forget about my Rs 9775 and pay them again

Please help me
