Complaint Details
i ordered a product from snapdeal on jan. 20 2014. till date (feb 6 2014) the product is not shipped to me. I called some 10 times to the customer care to cancel the order but every time i get the reply that some one will contact me but no one contacts. they are neither sending the product nor refunding the money.
