Its been 24hours i registered this complaint and i have never got a call back back from any of ur service representatives.

such a HORRIBLE service and customer support u guys have. I faced the same issue during installation of the RO as well. The area sales person in Madipakkam chennai never ever responds to the call on time. i have been calling and chasing him up for two weeks during installation and its not even a month now we started using this product it has stopped workin.

The water filter is not getting filled up and the water directly goes through the outlet pipe. we are not sure what the problem is about. I have been chasing the customer support in order not to delay this still i have npt been reverted on this issue.

Is this the service u give to your customers!! ??? Going forward Im not going to refer this product to any of my friends. such a worst after sale service. If there are no enough representatives for this area could you atleast forward me to the nearest alternate service center???

how long should i keep waiting for your service and starve without water !! ?? The toll free customer support is getting even worse..!! they say , they are not responsible if the service represnetatives turn up !! then for what the fuck you guys have a team to support??? when u are not responsible for the issue give us an alternate option !! if this going to be continued pls come n take back our RO system and refund our money, otherwise im filing a complaint against this to RTI!!!

I want this issue to be closed by tomorrow!!
