I had bought samsung mobile with following details,
a) Model No:GT-19082MB2INU
Purchased: 13/10/13

b)Issue : Display got problem
Report to service centre:30/12/13
Service respond:Warranty void because of dispaly got pressed & broken

c)Action: As the service centre claim was wary, becuase there was not damage marks on the Mobile. Hence I made online complaint to Samsung+to their CEO office.

They are not taking any action, as they said dispaly is broken by me, but they are validating the cause of damage. I am distressed, as i ahve invested 18000Rs on the mobile.
