Complaint Details
I had placed an order for kytes led frame on 8th jan 2014 order no. 0801201421003 amounting to Rs. 637. The payment was done via axis bank netbanking. I have not yet received the product and its 6th february 2014. They have been giving all annoying reasons. On 25th january, they tell me that the product has been lost in transit, so they will be sending me a new one. On 6th february, i receive a mail, that the 2nd time sent product was not delivered because of logistics error. So they will be sending the same product a third time. All these days, its me who has been constantly calling them to ask abov the whereabouts of my product. No efforts to communicate from their side. They have been not even replying to my emails. So definitely i want to lodge a case against them in court, so that i get my product as well as the compensation for the harassment legally. The worst shopping experience ever along with waste of time and mental harassment.
