Respected Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that I have purchased LED TV of 39" of Panasonic company Model number TH-L39EM5D 2SBE02519 on 21.2.2013. Within short period of time i.e. after 3 month the TV started giving me problem of switching off and on frequently. Hence I wrote to the Panasonic to replace this TV with new one as the TV supplied to me is of faulty manufacturing workmanship but the request of mine did fell on deaf ears of Panasonic India. Instead they did replace the A-Board (a kind of processor) twice inspite of my repeated request to replace the same as the new does not get non-functional after a short period of time purchasing the same. The Panasonic Team does not respond to the contents of the email sent by me several times and are not willing to comment on the email contents of my emails.

Hence I am filing this complaint to you refund my money from Panasonic company as they have supplied me faulty piece of TV.

In support of my contentions I hereby attached below my correspondences made with Panasonic for your kind perusal and necessary action in the matter at the earliest.
